If you cook often like we do, everyday, multiple times a day, there is kids, you run a homestead, you know! The kitchen is this constant dynamic of chaos and order. Various activity that requires a turn over of working surface quite frequently. Everyday chores… Fond memories, milestones, all at once! It truly is the heart of any home.
We run quite few boards in our kitchen: one for our bread and one for the daily snack/fruit platter that we get throughout the work day and we have at least 3 chopping board in rotations. Between the raw meat, the cooked stuff, the vegetables, and the baking we like to keep them moving as it keeps them cleaned and ample time to dry up on the rack whilst not in use.
Having multiple boards of various size and type is just the simplest way to help keep the kitchen work tidy. We are happy to offer them with an adjusted price when ordered as a bundle. They probably share some bits of timber with one another so it’s always nice to know them moving in to the same house…
Our chopping board are all handmade in our homestead workshop and finished with 100% pure tung oil. Each one is unique and easy to care for and gentle on your knives.
